faq

well. i still havent written about any thing from india.... internet was not as available as i was thinking it would be in india. i promise i will write about everyday soon.

i have had so many questions about it. so here i will make a little faq:

q: did you like it?
a: um. yes there were certain parts that i loved. there were certain parts that i like. and there were certain parts that were horrible. its hard to shrink 3 weeks into 1 sentence.

q: what was it like?
a: with the exception of leh, it was extremely dirty. overly crowded. and absolutely heart breaking.

q: would you go back?
a: in a heart beat i would return to kolkata or leh. in a heart beat.

q: what was your favorite part?
a: i loved leh. it was beautiful. we were 12000 ft above sea level in the himalayan mountains. there was a 360 view of the mountains 90% of the time. the people were unbelievably friendly and it was rare if they did say "jullay" to you.
my other favorite part was nirmal hriday home for the dying and destitute. the home started by mother teresa. we also visited the orphanage. i left a piece of my heart with those children. i would return to either of those places and volunteer my time in a heart beat if God told me to go.
