day 1

today marks day 1.

today i will be leaving for india. yes TODAY! oh my goodness it just doesnt feel real yet.

this morning, i had breakfast with kasey. i am going to miss him. then walmart to pick up a lock for my luggage and i messed with it for about 30 minutes and i still dont know how to use it. then i went to my grandmas to say goodbye. got a little teary. i am going to miss my family more than i know. 3 weeks is the longest i have ever been away from the house at one time.

the rest of the day will consist of: i need to leave my house by 1:45ish. my flight leaves flint at 5:50. get to chicago at 6. then flight from chicago leaves at 7:20 to leave for delhi. then comes a 15 hour flight. i am so glad theresa is coming with me.

okay i gotta run to the bank really fast and then i will be off finish packing and run to the airport! :)
