the past couple weeks i have been picking up books from the library about india. pretty much everything about india. travel books, history books, you name it i borrowed it. i didnt necessarily read it but i looked at all the pictures. this past trip i found an awesome book about india. very little text. mostly just big pictures. i loved it. and right next to it was a book about mother teresa. since we will be going to kolkata and visiting the place where mother teresa worked, i decided to grab that one too. it too had very little text but lots of pictures.
that was several days ago that i brought those home from the library. a couple days ago, i opened up the mother teresa book. as i read about stories about her and what she did. i felt like my calling tothe missions field was renewed. it was new and fresh and exciting again. it was almost like hearing for the first time what my calling would be. it was that exciting.
since then i have been imersed in learning more about this woman. i went to the library and got all the books i could find written by her. its all very exciting.
i could right for hours more but i have a paper to write and an india meeting tonight. :)
